How do I signup?
Select the package you wish to purchase and click on the sign up/purchase link.
Then follow the sign up process.
Is it a problem if I'm not in South Africa?
No. Our web hosting services are world wide.
Can I upgrade my plan or features later?
You can purchase new or expanded features, or upgrade to a new plan at any
time. There are no fees for upgrading.
Does Ikabot sell or share customer information
to a third party?
No. Rest assured that we will not sell, give, or trade your personal information
with any other party.
Is it safe to enter my credit card details on
your site to make a payment?
Yes. All personal information and credit card details are encrypted and transferred
using industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption. Our SSL certificate is supplied

When I sign up for one of your services, am I
locked into a contract?
No. We do not contract our clients into any period of time for any of our services.
All services are offered on a month to mont basis and can be cancelled at any
time.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. You are entitled to a discount if you pre-pay for a 4 month or 12 month
hosting account . These options are presented to you upon checkout.
Billing:
Which methods of payment are available?
We accept bank transfers, direct bank deposits and credit card payments.
What if I want to pay by credit card but do not
want to enter my credit card details on the website?
We also offer offline credit card processing. Please contact our sales department
via telephone in order to quote your credit card details.
Do you offer recurring billing?
Yes. We do not offer debit orders, however we do offer recurring credit card
billing.
